I'm Rady Y (also known as Rady BMCS), an IT Coordinator and Software Development Trainer based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with over 9 years of experience sitting at the intersection of technical education and full-stack software development.
At Passerelles Numériques Cambodia, I lead the Web Programming Department — designing curricula, coaching trainers, and preparing hundreds of students for careers in the software industry. Alongside program leadership, I stay hands-on as a full-stack developer, building real systems in Laravel, Vue.js, React, and Next.js that both serve the organization and become teaching material for the next generation of developers.
My work blends three disciplines: technical leadership that keeps programs running smoothly, curriculum design that turns industry practice into teachable skills, and software engineering that keeps my own craft sharp. I care deeply about mentorship — turning beginners into industry-ready professionals — and about using AI tools responsibly to accelerate how both I and my students learn, build, and ship.
